If you want to see someone who genuinely cares, see Dr Kaiser. Dr Kaiser is full of positive energy & very expressive of what he's thinking and doing which is very helpful in allowing you to consider the options he may offer you for a certain situation. You can feel how much he cares. Our 15 year old cat had a large abscess on the side of her face & into her ear after being attacked by a feral cat.
