Unacceptable. Referred to them for help with postpartum depression, phone calls ignored several times ( it would ring once then voicemail, next time ring 3 times then voicemail and so on) Told in the first conversation they actually answered, I would be scheduled when my referral came through, week of repeated attempts to contact the clinic finally to be told they’re not accepting new clients.. Dr Sonya is fantastic but do not go here if you actually want to schedule appointmets yourself. I've been going here for about 6 months now and after I scheduled my first and only in-person visit, the rest have been virtual. I like virtual appointments but I have not actuallt been CONTACTED to schedule an appointment since the first visit. The office staff is lazy, incompetant and will not actually call or contact you to make an appointment, you'll just get a notification that something has been set. i was referred here from another office. in advance I tried to reschedule my appointment due to a family emergency and was told i was blocked from any future appointments. so unprofessional, life gets in the way sometimes. save your time and money and go anywhere else
I saw Dr. pearch for a few years and complained of jaw movements and pain at almost every visit to which he denied any connection to taking antipsychotics and encouraged me to pursue treatment for tmj disorder even though I suggested developing a tardive disorder which he adamantly denied BUT yesterday after years of struggling with the pain and now undeniable movements I was diagnosed with tardive dystonia by a neurological movement specialist at osu.
