Fairfield Precast Concrete took great care of our Multi-Flo system. Jim is knowledgeable on all aspects of the system. He does great work to make sure every detail is functioning properly. He is always prompt to come when needed. Amber is always pleasant on the phone and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend Fairfield Precast Concrete!

In moving to a new house with septic system, misplaced the owner's manual for the Planet Care BioFilter. Amber was great in advising on whom to call for service and provided several additional documents identifying what to do and not to do. One call got all my questions answered quickly and advised on items Not to Do. Thank You Amber for all your help! v/r Tim

Amber was SO helpful while we were figuring out how the new EZ Flow septic systems work! She was literally on-call for any questions we had! She had great descriptions and pictures for the system which helped 1000%. I highly recommend this company!
