We recently had our pool liner replaced by Fairfield Pools and were so impressed with their service and responsiveness throughout the entire process. Not only did they handle the liner replacement efficiently, but when an issue came up within the first year, they immediately took care of it without hesitation. Fairfield Pools installed a beautiful fiberglass pool for us last summer. They had told us the installation would only take a few days - I wasn't sure if that was "too good to be true" - but as it turns out, they made good on their promise! They dug the hold and as soon as the pool arrived, they dropped it in using a huge crane and filled in all the space around it, set it with concrete, etc. They even gave us all the names of their subcontractors for landscaping, etc. and helped us begin coordinating those processes. Starting with Mike the “sales man” to Tommy the “man” who dug the hole and had the pool in place in 2 days to Ken who led the landscaping and stonework team... We inherited a Fairfield Pool with liner when we purchased our home. As it is likely 30 years old, over the course of the last 10 years we've had a few aging issues. Jeremy and Joe have always been responsive, explanatory and fair when helping us with repairs and updates.
Thirty years ago today, we made one of the best decisions ever—choosing Fairfield Pool to install our in-ground pool.
