My mom and I were looking for an apartment to stay in with our two cats, just for a year. After viewing a few other apartments, we came to Fairfield and instantly knew this was what we were looking for. The place was in the middle of being renovated, so everything was new for us when we moved in. There’s plenty of closet space, and the balcony is exactly the thing I needed to relax. Garbage and glass everywhere vandalism
Maintenance refuses to fix anything in my apartment including black mold in my bathroom and Fairfield corporate would rather evict me over friends staying with me thN have Maintenance do their jobs

Response to your response: You rented an apartment to me & my child knowing there is a bad mosquito infestation in this building without warning. I was told new carpeting would be here by Eva & these carpets were and are dirty and warn since move in, she lied about mostly everything & definitely never told me about any bug problem and maintenance even admitted that she lied after it was too late (my mistake for trusting these people, not doing more researc... read more
