Fairfield Mtns WAS a great timeshare vacation resort (s) when we initially purchased over 20 yrs ago...when there were many resorts to exchange. They have since downsized/been bought out by others to the extent that only their bottom line is of any importance. We even offered to GIVE them our unit at Fairways of the Mountains - and they weren’t interested...which is an obvious indication of value (we’re paying $810 a year for one week every other year).
