Great service really nice staff
We were there for about 30 minutes and the sales people were all busy, no one even acknowledged us so when elsewhere
Really rude parts department. The guy working here sounds like he needs to find another job instead of helping customers find parts for their cars. Condescending behaviour. Never seen this sort of behaviour from Sytner Mini dealerships.
I am really unimpressed & disappointed from the attitude of my local dealership in Southend after having purchased a so called “approved” used mini for my wife. I only purchased it in July of this year. At the end of October, barely three months later, the car flashed up a warning message that the brake fluid level was low. I also received an email telling me the same. It turns out that it will cost £99 for the privilege.
