Came in with sudden, stabbing back/hip pain that made lifting my baby feel impossible. Their “evaluation”? Took my vitals, poked where it hurt, listened to my lungs… and called it a day. Felt like I was invisible. Do yourself a favor—run, don’t walk, away from this place.

As a healthcare professional, the attempt at care here is embarrassing. Lets try having enough foresight to swab for strep and a respiratory panel during the same visit. It is asinine to expect patients to pay for an additional visit because your provider failed to appropriately screen their patients. It was also suggested, inappropriately, that I take my daughter to the ER for her sore throat & fever. Let me also add that she is 3 weeks post tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy.
