3rd floor has been nothing but Amazing and kind to my grandmother who has dementia. I don't live in state but has always called Fairfield home. Some of the CNA's even attended my grandfathers funeral who was also a patient on 3rd floor and they were crying telling our family how much the loved him.Who does that?Staff that truly cares !Watching this disease take my grandmother has been devastating to watch. The urgent care staff are very professional and helpful. I brought my 4 year old in so they could pull something out of her eye, and the doc on staff at the time was very friendly and was able to keep my daughter calm while shining a UV light in her eye. Even made her smile at one point! I recently had a surgery here as well, and surgical staff here are second to none. Personable, down to earth, yet still professionals in their field.
