Can never call them they leave you waiting 1 hour and 1 second exactly, in a queue then phone tells you something like 'We're sorry but all our workers are helping other people'. Then just cuts you off. Had to email practice to complain. Still having issues now. Every month when my elderly relative needs their meds is a battle. I wouldn't mind its not my practise as I live in another town. But nothing but issues.
In fact, it should be closed. The level of education and ethics of your doctors is below zero. They are very disrespectful, calling everything normal. They have no information. I disagree with you, because your doctor deliberately and jokingly cut off my connection.
