My spouse has had to have Chemo treatments and regular hydration treatments. We cannot say enough good things about the treatment (both the real medical treatments and the treatment of the staff). From the front desk we are greated with a smile and with compasion. This is my first time going through physical therapy. I have to say that the staff from Fairfield Medical Center Physical Therapy on Main Street (by Krogers) are excellent! They are empathetic, compassionate, and professional. Thank you Todd, Joel, Luke, Greta, and other staff for treating me like family and not just another patient. (Sorry if I left anyone out, I will update this once I learn more names!) They laugh with you, joke with you, which gets your mind off of the discomfort of the exercises/stretches. I Had a brain bleed in April 2019 which caused me to have a stroke affecting my whole left side of my body. Been through alot of therapy from many people and places. This is far my best place the staff are great and very friendly. They work you hard. Daughter had a Stuffy nose. Had appointment for a check up. "Since she has a Stuffy nose we have to do a covid test"......4 years old..... Week prior. Stuffy nose son. Admitted no problem. When we change rules on a regular basis, eventually morals are left in the dust. Before covid people were doing everything wrong.Now that we have mask and test that CDC admits aren't extremely accurate everything better....4 year old denied medical attention b.c I didn't want senseless test done on my daughter.
