I switched my grandkids from there. The Dr wouldn't even examine them when I would take them in when they would clearly be very sick and he would tell me it's just their allergies and then he stopped perscibing their allergy medicine and told me I can just start buying it myself over the counter. Excuse me 1 that's what they have insurance for 2 it wouldn't be their allergies after I would leave after their appointment yes after having to wait for ever to go back then wait again just for a billed 15 minute visit even though ... read more

Do I sometimes need to wait? Yes. Is it frustrating? Sure. Is the care and individualized service worth it? YES! The CNPs and Dr. Haggenjos care a great deal about their patients! They take the time that each patient may need to ensure they are answering questions. They are very thorough and ensure that your healthcare needs are met!

Glad to be the first review. Let me start by saying that Donna Mayer is great and this is in no way a reflection of her. However, I had an appointment scheduled at 3:30, arrived at 3:20 and I was still waiting in the waiting room at 5:00. Over a 90 minute wait before even being taken to a room just to wait for another hour. When asked, the receptionist says “it will be a while.” Once again, another healthcare facility that sees people as paychecks. There will be no repercussions for poor scheduling or poor service.
