Ok room and overall appearance but room is not cleaned and towels are not even replaced. Sad
They triple charged me and they said they said they refunded a night back to me but I have paperwork that they have it on hold still and won't do anything about it. They told me thats why dont use debit cards.but they refuse cash. They put all the blame on my bank and me for whats happening.
Had plastic cover on the mattress :(
When my friend and I came in we were greeted warmly by a woman behind the counter. First off she couldn't find my name. I had mentioned my name could be misspelled. My last name was misspelled. I had my cellphone open to show our reservation. Our overnight stay was very good. We will return to Fairfield again and we're hoping she will be behind the counter when we return in the next two years. Thank you for helping us.
If I could give negative numbers I absolutely would! Worst hotel I have stayed in by far, I think staying in a motel would have been better than this. We got told that they can’t keep housekeepers and that’s why the rooms were filthy, we had a suite at this hotel and they offered to move us to a different hotel after already got everything in our room and the other hotel they wanted to move us too didn’t have any suites so we would have to downsize our room.
