We booked two rooms. My husband and I were staying 1 night, and my daughter and he guest 3 nights. We checked in and recieved the keys. The next day after my husband and I checked out the 4 if us did a few things and came back 4hrs later. Unfortunately the key would not let us back into her room. They failed to call her, or tell us which key was the 1 night room. Fortunately they let her keep the room she was in but not without having to reactivate the key. After checking into two previous hotels that was not up to par for cleanliness, I decided to try a Marriott property. The desk sgent was very polite and welcoming. I asked if there was availability and she informed me they had numerous king rooms available. After asking if they price match i was informed no. I went forward with the booking but Trivago sent the wrong the dates of arrival. Upon approaching the desk she they informed Trivago they were completely sold out.
