Excellent stay – truly outstanding team! We had an exceptional experience at the Fairfield Inn in Winston-Salem. From the moment we checked in, we were warmly welcomed by Allen at the front desk—he always remembered our names whether we were passing by or calling, which made our stay feel even more personal. Everything was fine accept the breakfast. I got the eggs and some beef bacon, whatever that was. Both tasted like plastic. I just made a bagel with cream cheese. The only thing there that was safe. Everything else about the trip was good. Just don’t eat the breakfast.
We always have a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is the employees at this location that make it such a great experience, they are all so friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. Carmen behind the bar is lovely - while we were there we saw several locals that clearly come to the hotel bar regularly because she makes everyone feel so welcome. Visited this property years ago decided I would not go back until recently. My last visit was a complete turnaround, new management has a place running. Smoothly. would definitely recommend to anyone and will be going back
