Our go-to hotel when visiting Winona! Clean modern hotel with multiple breakfast choices, which Mary keeps fully stocked through her exceptional and cheerful work. Well-equipped fitness center. Excellent location across from Lake Winona and near Walmart, Target, and the YMCA.
Our budget room during the Shakespeare Festival was really good. Features included: heavy doors and walls for quiet; a larger, elegant shower; plenty of electric plug-ins; above average breakfast; helpful staff; and recycling in the room. A bonus was permission to use an outdoor 120v. receptacle for EV charging, slow but enough to save us a stop on our 3 hr. trip home. (I asked to pay for the KWHs, but they declined!) My future wish - that hotels will adopt inverter (variable) AC/heating units. In all, a very good stay!
