I have stayed at every hotel in Winona and this has become my go to. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Good fitness room to get you by well traveling.
Platinum elite member. I called to confirm I would be given 2 adjoining rooms before booking. They said I would. Called again to make sure and that I wouldn’t book if they didn’t meet that condition. They confirmed. Now they just called me saying they made a mistake and can’t give me the rooms. This disrupts our weekend plans significantly. No one offered to remedy the situation.
Clean quiet hotel, solid breakfast. It was a nice stay
Very friendly front desk. and the rooms are nice. but the walls are very thin. The neighbors made sure that we got to enjoy their TV show, whether we wanted to or not.
