The staff is amazing. The morning guy is there always getting stuff ready. The breakfast is always ready with the woman in charge. They do a fabulous job.
Clean, comfortable, and the coffee tasted much better than is typical at Fairfield’s (is that just my imagination, or did they really serve better coffee at this location)? Wish it was closer to the heart of downtown, but this area seems to be where all the hotels are.
I stay at a lot of Marriott properties. That includes Fairfield Inns across the US. This particular location stood out as one the jewels. Clean and updated it was a wonderful place to call home for one night. Winona is a magical place and staying here added to my enjoyment of being there. I am very particular about the gym facilities and for this location it was awesome. Large size and well equipped including a pull up/ cable tower. I will be sure to stay here again.
