I had the pleasure of meeting Michael Gunay at the restaurant. He was very friendly and delivered great customer service.
When we went to go to bed on the first night there were black coarse hairs under the pillows and on the sheets of my daughter’s bed. We called the front desk and were shocked by the apathy of the night front desk clerk. He came up and took pictures and then said there wasn’t anything they could do as housekeeping wasn’t on duty.
