Nice hotel, clean, friendly and close to the airport. You get exactly what you would expect from this hotel chain. Very good!
A guest room was a bit pricey at 280 a night for a Monday night but it is a nice clean hotel. The complimentary breakfast is really good.
Staff were always scrolling on their phones at front desk and house keeping in the halls and elevator. Breakfast was okay but never had bacon any of the days and potatoes were always under cooked. Hotel had no water after getting back from the day and staff was not helpful and just kept saying another hour for 6 hours. Water was brown for hours after they got it back on hours later.
My wife has food allergies, so we have to cook all of our meals 😋 They only had a small 8" fry pan .We requested a larger fry pan at front desk and staff said they don't carry larger fry pans. A newer staff named ELENA showed up to our room with a new Larger fry pan 😋, I'm sure she went to Walmart located next door and bought use one .Now that's outstanding Customer service 👏 Thanks ELENA
