I really like this hotel but, I'm about done with them. They could care less about your personal health. To elaborate, if you have a feather allergy and request a feather free room you will NOT get it. They have failed 4 out of 4 times! I guess it's partly my fault for believing in their management and continuing to trust them. You can have it in your Bonvoy profile, they ignore it.
