We had an absolutely exceptional stay at the Fairfield by Marriott. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly what you hope for in a hotel stay, and honestly, it renewed my faith in hotels! 😊 The entire property was clean, comfortable, welcoming, and well cared for. Called for a top floor room 48 hours prior to checking in. They didn’t even care even though they said that they would if available. However, there is no note or comment on my reservation. They were polite but not helping. Breakfast was less than Home2Suite or Homewood. This was first time with Marriott chain and not impressed. Will stay with Hilton chain in the future.

I would give this hotel **zero stars if I could**. **Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Whitestown – Indianapolis NW** has some of the worst customer service we've ever experienced, and we will **never** stay here again. The most disturbing part of our stay was how an employee named **Darvin** treated our son.
