Very disappointing experience. Room was not ready when I arrived which happens but when I did end up getting in, it had the worst BO smell. It was apparent sheets and pillowcases were not changed from previous guest. Had them immediately changed. Small issue, but no in room regular coffee for Keurig, just decaf. Finally, shower was ice cold. Maintenance did fix this for the second night but just overall very disappointed in my stay there and most likely will refrain from staying again when tracking on business.
They have bugs.
After driving 18 hours from Ellsworth AFB South Dakota enroute to McGuire AFB, we stopped at this hotel to get some sleep at 0130 hours (3 JUL) the hotel was locked, I proceeded to push the doorbell for sometime, with no response I called the front desk number from my phone when the night auditor appeared from the back where she appeared to have just been sleeping. Very bad experience here. I called the staff multiple times and they couldn’t care less about any requests I made. The shower barely had any water coming out. And I almost fell asleep in the elevator because it was so slow. There was an amazing view of the airport for anyone wanting to view planes from the 4th floor hallway window
