If you're not staying here when you're near Whiteman or in Warrensburg; you're making a mistake! The team has been so accommodating and welcoming! I had some sample packages shipped to this location to arrive the day before I checked in; well some arrived a week early and couple days early. They emailed me every time something arrived, made room in their kitchen and break room freezers and fridges for MY products! As someone who has traveled extensively internationally, I was surprised with this Marriott location. We did not have our room cleaned or fresh towels daily. Even with a front desk request for the "daily refresh" on our account, we didn't receive the service. If we are paying the rate for staying here, we should be notified of the lack of standard amenities Marriott normally provides. Typical Fairfield, not as updated as others, but not bad either. Breakfast was good, staff was great. Only wish they had safes in the rooms. Great coffee and restaurant choices nearby.
