Poor customer services, zero willingness or communication to rectify our issues.
Booked this hotel my mistake, i thought Vernon was much closer to Kelowna. When I asked the front desk about checking out the after the first night of a three night trip I was informed that I would be charged for two nights and no assistance was given to to me to rebook at a different Marriot. The service here is the worst I've ever had at a Marriott (my hotel chain of choice for 20 plus years) I find it surprising that the staff/managers aren't empowered by the independent owners to satisfy guests but I suppose they are "On... read more
