I'm very disappointed with this hotel. They overcharged me 550 dollars for an extra night that I didn't even stay there. I didn't catch the mistake until a week later since we did auto checkout. They apologized, said it was a system glitch, and that they would take care of it. Then they only refunded me 350 dollars. I have been emailing and calling for 2 months now and no help. We arrived with a confirmed reservation after a long drive, but after 1.5 hours of waiting, the hotel still could not check us in. Late in the evening, our family had to search for another hotel. The staff was unprofessional and not helpful at all. Extremely disappointing experience, especially for a Marriott property.

Good location for our hockey tournament. Clean room with a good size bathroom. Swimming pool with a slide is good for the team. Parking is free and good.

Surprise! Housekeeping doesn't tidy your room/make the beds unless you ask, but no one bothers to tell you this when you check in.

This property is showing its age; thankfully a renovation is in progress. In the meantime, the rooms are quite dark, and the taps in the bathroom barely run any water because they are so corroded with mineral buildup (no proof that's the reason, just a guess). We had declined the daily cleaning which was a mistake as on a 3 night stay, we didn't get a towel refresh. The towels by the way need to be replaced - very rough feeling.
