The guest services at this hotel is atrocious. God forbid you have an issue with the room because apparently there's only one service person for the whole Okanagan-Shuswap region and is too busy for your problem. The AC unit in our room was making a loud noise and we were only able to sleep from sheer exhaustion. The paper cups in the room and in cafeteria had a plasticy odour that ruined coffee or anything you put in it. I stayed there for couple of days with my family.Air condition was not working and the temperature was 75 degrees. I went to front desk in the middle of night ,asked for any fan and they said they don’t have any fan. We didn’t have any sleep till 5am. In the morning we have to leave for Kelowna. I told at the front desk about the last night situation. They told me that they will have a look.we came back around 5pm it’s same thing again. Even tv remote was not working. This hotel is very nice. The price leaves a lot to be desired but the experience and service demand excellence. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is mostly clean, there are some areas for improvement. We stayed 2 days and the ashtrays in the smokers area were never emptied and there was some trash obviously left by another guest that was never cleaned up. The inside was beautiful.
