Reserved a King room a week in advance but received a Double room upon arrival, due to King rooms being overbooked. How does this happen? I’m not traveling on “stand-by”. So I asked for a refund for the difference. Supposedly the advance reservation discount price on a King is the same amount as the walk-in rate on a Double, so no refund. So long Fairfield.
Front desk staff were friendly, room was clean and great atmosphere.
Room was immaculately clean! Front desk manager was amazing and kind! This is one of the few hotels I've stayed at where I hope I get to stay at again!
