All employees I encountered at the front desk provided excellent customer service. The room was clean, the breakfast was refilled often. The location was great to walk to the stadium.
From checking in to checking out, they were helpful and amazing
$15 a day for parking It is absurd to find out upon arrival that there is a daily charge for parking and even mare upsetting that 3 hours after I check in I walk back into the hotel returning from dinner and hear the lady at the front desk tell a elderly couple that here is supposed to be a charge for parking but she isn't going to charge them. I checked in at 5:15pm the elderly couple was at 8:15pm for reference. with this unexpected added charge I now get to pay out of pocket because room is now over company budget set for... read more
