My favorite place to stay in San Joaquin County. Mostly for the friendly staff, good housekeeping and maintenance. Beds and rooms are comfortable. Nice common areas with evening patio, good pool area, and big gym.

5 stars all the way! I had a recent stay at this Fairfield Inn & Suites Lathrop with my family this past weekend and everything exceeded my expectations. The moment we walked in, the lobby and hallways smelled clean and fresh. I had a small wait but the GSA was apologetic and assisted me with my check-in. Although I had the month wrong on my reservation, Sim was gracious enough to allow me to fix my arrival date, phew! I've been staying at Marriott properties throughout the US for work, for the past three years, and most of them are very well staffed, clean, comfortable and convenient. unfortunately, the staff at this in particular Marriott hotel have been very rigid and unaccommodating. maybe I just came at a bad time, but it has has made this say a bit of a disappointment. I would suggest looking at other Marriott properties in the area before staying here.
