DO NOT book this hotel !! Staff were very rude even made me cry shaming my body and embarrassing me in front of the whole lobby !! And when i expressed to them how they embarrassed me the lady said I embarrassed myself !! And that they do not care about how I feel ! Do not come here if you don’t want to be mistreated
We made a reservation through Priceline and paid in full for two nights, with the charge applied immediately. After driving nine hours to visit my ill father-in-law, we arrived at the hotel only to be told that we did not have a confirmation number--despite my having a confirmation email clearly showing one. The front desk attendant, Milar, was extremely rude and unhelpful.
