Traveling from Seattle to Post Falls, I spent a night at this hotel. It was delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was treated as a welcome guest by the person at the front desk. They checked me in, told me that they appreciated having me there, and gave me directions to my room. The room was clean and had everything I needed. With a second door out to the parking lot, I was able to park my truck next to the room which made the checkout super easy. From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive — they made us feel genuinely welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail that made it feel like home.
