Poor franchisee that probably should not be in the hospitality business to begin with. Shame on Marriott for allowing this leadership team to have a franchise and erode the Marriott brand. For perspective, I have owned my own hospitality business for 5 years. Halfway through the year, I have 45 nights at Marriott and am close to lifetime platinum. When I checked in, the room type that I reserved was not available. However, I can still go to the Marriott web site and book the same room type that is not available for tonight. ... read more

Excellent place to stay. We stayed there on our long road trip. Staff were very friendly. Special shoutout to Jenny and Leroy for ensuring that the guests have amazing start of their day with Delicious and warm breakfast.
