Great experience overall. Weekend staff were friendly and attentive. Especially impressed with the breakfast attendants. My only complaint was the bed. The mattress appeared worn down and possibly past its prime. It felt like I was sleeping on the floor, very little support.
I’ve been coming here for years for business and pleasure trips. It’s consistently a great hotel, great location close to the river walk, great breakfast and snacks, and always friendly staff. Tiara and Nyssa greeted us with smiles like they knew we’ve been coming back for years. Again, extremely friendly and why I’ll be coming back here for years to come.
Huge clean rooms! Attentive awesome staff! Late check out. Cookies and milk in the evening and much needed nutritional & energetic breakfast in the morning, complimentary of course. Rested and reenergized. Thanks to my friend Garth & Fairfield Inn!
