GARY, who does maintenance, was SO sweet. We checked in to a bit of a dirty toilet/issue in our room, and he was so prompt to throughly take care of the problem, cleaning the toilet (including removing the leftover hand towel inside) and seemingly even bathroom countertops. He even checked in with us a couple mornings later at breakfast, unprompted - that was really thoughtful of him. Thanks so much, Gary! It did the job for us, it was clean, respectful staff, always responsive. We stayed on the 1st floor which is never an issue with us, only thing was the floor room above you could hear all their footsteps… which definitely wasn’t fun, but other than that it was a good room for us. I would definitely stay there again, at the highest floor for sure.
Location is mixed as it’s close to convention center which we wanted but there are junkies up the street making lots of noise in the middle of the night. Also cars screeching so unsure if there are younger kids speeding or joy riding which makes sleeping difficult.
My 2nd visit 2 Spokane, Washington State in 3.5 months from Australia. I have stayed here at Fairfield by Marriott on both occasions & l will return at some stage. Friendly Staff. Very Clean.. & very well Priced.. 350mtrs 2 a Gr8 Restaurant in Osprey & easy walks down town along the Spokane River.. A Special Mention 4 Brandy who was extremely kind. Thx ..
