I just got off the phone with the most hateful & rudest employee ever from your front desk. I have never in my life been treated or talked to the way she just did. This hotel and that woman should be ashamed. She treated me like I was stupid and talked down to me for absolutely no reason. I truly hope that phone call was recorded so it can be replayed and listened to by management. I definitely would not want someone like her employed at any business.
