I’m a longtime Marriott Gold Elite member and usually have great experiences at Marriott properties, but this stay was disappointing. Despite upgraded rooms were available, I wasn’t offered one — which was frustrating, as elite benefits are one of the reasons I stay loyal to the brand. The room I was given had several issues. The place was ok but they only cleaned our room 1 time the whole week we were there and the lady that was on the night shift was very unprofessional with her attitude I would say they are very poor in their house keeping duties because that Wednesday we had to go down and get our towels for showers and the free breakfast was not very good.they will not get our business again.

Love a good Fairfield Inn. We stayed here last night my birthday this weekend as my wife surprised me with tickets to the Vols game. Only reason it's not getting 5 stars is our AC didnt work in our room when we got back from dinner last night. It was after 9pm and we were just going to deal with it instead of possibly switching rooms so late at night. We will be letting the front desk know so they are aware but we would definitely stay here again when in the area.
