I booked a king bed a few days earlier and upon arrival they told me I got the last room. I don’t think I booked the last room. I do think they gave the gave me the last room which was a handicap room (123). The bed was worn out. Lumpy and flat on the sides. We had a tough night sleep. I had to sleep with my feet at the head board side. I feel for the disabled having no choice. The breakfast was mixed. The service was phenomenal. I was greeted by Andrew in the middle of the night who was pleasant and friendly. The room is fine we checked in at the last minute so the view was not nice but the room was clean the bed was nice. The next morning the breakfast was lovely and Roz was attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay there again
I had the pleasure of staying at Fairfield Inn and Suites Santee twice within 8 days and I was truly impressed with the overall experience. This hotel offers fantastic location, great modern spacious, clean rooms. The room was clean, spacious and well-maintained.
