The receptionist who I believe is Julie was the nicest receptionist we had chatted to on our whole trip, so funny and knowledgeable. Great location as well.
We stayed here as the midpoint on our travels. The room was clean and as expected. Staff was polite and breakfast was hot and adequate.
This hotel is truly 5 star. We checked in a bit after midnight and the front desk guest greeted us by saying welcome we were waiting for you and we're glad you made it safely. Several hours prior to that I recieved a call asking what time did I expect to arrive. Staff is attentive, greeted by all with smiles even in passing. Probably the nicest and cleanest hotel I have stayed at. We stopped over night here on a trip to Florida and were really impressed! Even the breakfast was great and the breakfast attendant was so nice and sweet and gave my daughter a little toy and coloring page!
