This stay has been by far the most stressful stay I have ever experienced. What was suppose to be a nice stress-free relaxation vacation, ended up being a disaster. JENENE, OMAR, AND ALICIA are three human beings that should NOT even have the blessing to work in customer service. My 2 kids and I were given a room with air conditioner not working! 78 degrees in there all night! Humid, hot, smelly room! I was also given a room with TV not working. Nice staff, decent value, and good location.
Had momentarily the worst check-in experience. I said,' hi check-in please', in return, no greetings, no nothing, only two words, 'your ID'. I didn't know that this hotel changed the welcome protocol. The reception guy asked my credit card for a safety deposition, which is normal, no problem, but how much? Stayed here to visit Cedar Point multiple days. Enjoyed our stay. Staff friendly and the employees at the breakfast station were very attentive and made sure food was stocked and kept breakfast area clean. Room was clean and temp was good. Would stay again.
