DO NOT STAY HERE. This place is TRASH and the GM Alicia Gibson has no understanding of customer service. I’m extremely disappointed with the management at this hotel. The general manager came across as more concerned about squeezing extra money out of guests than providing quality service or reasonable accommodations. There was no flexibility, no understanding, and no effort to resolve concerns in a fair way. Hospitality should be about customer care, not treating guests like transactions. I travel a fair amount for business and anytime we go to Sandusky for sports tournaments. I'm staying here. The place is very clean. The staff is always super friendly. The workout room as also clean and has all the basic needs. But the staff really makes the 100+ difference.
