This Fairfield is the shining beacon of Salina as it's the only thing in bright yellow for miles around! Actually, it's a very nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay there. Very comfortable rooms that's right off the highway. The desk agents we wonderful and we highly recommend if you're going through the area!

There was always a car parked in the port-cochère. It was strange. All week there was a white one or a gray one. I just can't figure out why it was parked there? Maybe to use as a hotel passenger pick up vehicle, but normally those are vans with hotel branding. This was just. A car. Not bad per se. Just. Strange. Service was lacking. Just slow or absent. Booked our usual govt./military business rate and was denied that reserved rate at check-in so after a 4a start to our day and a 10:30p arrival after being on the road for 12+ hours, we paid a higher rate. We’ve stayed here before, but we’ve never been denied a reserved rate. This will be my last stay for that reason alone. To deny a military rate to 25y veterans is wrong. We are road warrior travelers for both business and pleasure, and we will now book your competitors like Hyatt and Hilton where they still care about us.
