Best customer service that I've encountered in a while.
Everything I did like about this hotel but when you bringing in a group or a college group drivers shouldn't have to be on the same floor with the team as a driver we are very light sleepers we hear everything someone might be hard sleepers so we don't need to be on the same floor as the group but I did appreciate it they did change my room put me on the first floor I thank you again for doing that for me for a small room you got a king size bed very limited on room space The bed was so-so could be a little bit more softer b... read more
