We booked Thursday thru Saturday, but later tried to cancel for Thursday night as we were going to arrive Friday instead. We were told we could not cancel because we prepaid for the room. We arrived Friday and they had given our room to someone else. We had to purchase two more rooms (there were 4 of us so we needed two beds). Same thing happened to another family in our party. Unbelievable.....As a long time Bonvoy member I can say I will never step foot in a Marriott property again.
Room is fine. Bed not very comfortable. Shower has almost no water pressure.
Great place to stay. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. The amenities are excellent. Nice location very close to Rome Braves stadium and maybe 10 minutes to downtown Rome. Very unique place to stay overlooking the tennis complex. Would definitely stay here again.
Unfortunately the customer service does not match up to the location and appearance of the hotel. “Their system” applied my BonVoy points to someone else’s account and they acknowledged that their system made the mistake. But, they would not credit any points to me or do anything to rectify the situation. I did everything possible before, during and after the stay to ensure my points would be applied and was clearly told the reservation was linked to my Bon Voy account. Great place to stay and relax. Very friendly and courteous staff. Great for Tennis tournaments at the tennis center and Berry College events.
