This is the worst Marriott hotel I’ve ever stayed at. As a loyal Marriott customer I’m truly disappointed. The walls are paper thin and we could hear our neighbors all night through the wall.
I am currently staying here and it is the absolute worst hotel In which I have ever stayed. I stayed to be Marriott loyal and get points. The people next to us are so loud, the walls are paper thin. Absolutely garbage location, this place should not be a Marriott. I stay in over 50 hotels a year, and this is by far the worst. Stay at the Hampton Inn Across from the Stewart’s if you know what’s good for you. My baby is going to wake up again due to the paper thin walls. Pray for us. -Marriott Platinum Member
During my recent business trip, I was originally given the wrong room key. The hotel staff acknowledged this mistake on the second day and said they wouldn’t resolve it on their end. Despite their promise, I was later charged for another guest’s room on top of mine. When I raised this with them, they claimed I must have “tapped and paid” for the other room myself and refused to investigate or reverse the charge, saying there was nothing they could do.
