Horrible! The hot water simply ran out. We went to the pool in the morning and simply couldn't take a shower. They didn't extend the check-out time, and their problem of not having hot water became our problem. Horrible treatment, no consideration for the customer. And to make matters worse, I was with two children. Never again!

Stayed here the week of 12/14. The whole place was very clean, room was big, comfy king bed, and large shower. Housekeeping cleaned my room everyday. It was awesome coming back from a long business meetings and to just unwind in a clean room with a made bed. The staff were friendly and nice. The lobby smelled amazing. The breakfast always looked yummy, but I was always in a hurry in the mornings and didn't try it. I did hear other guest speak highly of the cleanliness and yummy breakfast. Need a place to stay as it flight was cancelled. For the time we were there it looked very well kept up. The room was clean, the shuttle to the airport was on time (5am!) and only 5 minutes away.
