This hotel is so nice! When we walked in everything looked clean and smelt great! Ray who greeted us and checked us in was so kind and very helpful. Next time we come back to Richmond we will be coming back to stay here! *Also has a GREAT GYM!!!!

Nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds, large walk in showers. Lots of restaurants and several shopping areas 1 -4 miles away.
Despite construction going on in the parking lot, which created noise that started early in the morning, I had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the lady servicing the dining area to the guy scrubbing the floors. My room was clean and comfortable, and the public areas (dining, lounge, laundry, fitness center and hallways) were all very clean.
