May 15-16, 2026 I was in town for a funeral and stayed one night. Check-in was smooth and quick, the woman at the front desk was warm and professional. The elevators definitely have the loud rumbling sound some other reviews mentioned when you reach the fourth floor. My room was clean and had fresh towels. The shower pressure was great. The loud obnoxious music from the partying at the best western next to it. Some of the loud music was vulgar that you wouldn't want kids hearing. The loud music was played almost every night. The staff was kind and helpful. My room had a musty smell to it for the several days I was there.
Great staff. Breakfast hostess by far the best I have ever encountered. Friendly and helpful. Made sure to welcome everyone coming in. Front desk staff were nice. Rooms were clean. 10 minutes to downtown. Area is a little congested with multiple hotels. Room fridge didn't get very cold but otherwise great stay.
