I stayed at this hotel for 10 days for work in the area and will not do that again. The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice. Parking is convenient. I was on the third floor, the flooring outside the room creak anytime people walk outside. The walls and doors are so thin that it is extremely noisy inside the room- no sound insulation. And I have stayed at residence Inn in the area in the past and that is not my experience there.

I’m on my 3rd visit…. First 2 visits, I had to ask for towels numerous days. For some reason, they would make my bed, take dirty towels but leave zero towels. I also ran out of toilet paper on my second visit… Now, my 3rd visit, had to change rooms because there is no hot water in my room. Lastly, this is the only hotel I know that doesn’t have coffee and creamer 24/7
