Hi, When We first walked in the rooms was very hot and AC was not working. The toiler seat had a stain and the sink was dirty as well. We found a BALL on the Floor and it had clearly not been vaccumed. We requested another room. The next room was missing a decorative throw on one of the beds, the faucet was dirty, and the shower was dirty. We did not enjoy our stay and do not Plan on returning. I picked the location as it was in an area that I needed to be at. Hotel was great. It was clean so my only disappointment was upon check-in. You should recognize your elite members. Breakfast area was great. They had waffles so that always makes me happy overall it was a quiet hotel and a very clean room service was good and very friendly.
