Give this place one star because their front desk was absolutely trash to my wife. We came and spoke with someone at the front desk hoping to use our gift card(I won it at a work raffle). I was planning to continue to use all 1 thousand dollars at certain locations to travel around the area, but this place sucks and would not price match or give my wife the time of day. Go to a different location like the roseville area, they will price match!

The staff here were genuinely friendly and tried their best, and the room itself was comfortable. Unfortunately, the stay was let down by cleanliness and management issues, particularly in the bathrooms. I had to change rooms due to a bathroom issue, and the second room’s bathroom was in even worse condition. Breakfast options were also very limited for vegetarians, which was disappointing. I’m tired of Marriotts billing processes. I booked a room for my Daughter with the intent of paying for her stay, her name is on the reservation. She checks in and they won’t accept my reservation payment Information and made her pay. I’ve been a rewards member for over 20 … so what’s the benefit if I can’t pay for my kids due to billing policies. I’m pissed off maybe time to join Hilton.
