I've been at this hotel a few times for work. Front desk is always nice and pleasant. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. This time I checked in on Tuesday and when I was in shower i noticed excessive small hairs on the shower wall like someone was shaving in there. Same as the toilet and sink. If it was one or two I wouldn't have even thought twice. But it was a good amount. I travel a lot for work and I’m a titanium member. Have never had issues until my recent stay. The manager Brian entered my room, despite a Do Not Disturb sign being hung on the door, and rummaged through my things. He returned a book that I borrowed from the lobby without my permission. He never emailed or texted that he wanted me to return the book. He simply helped himself to my room without my knowledge. I’m discussing this case with a civil lawyer as we speak. My only comment is that the barn door on the bathroom isn't good for privacy. I look forward to the day when hotels stop using them!
