I was honestly pretty disappointed with this hotel. The heaters in my room couldn't keep up and I found myself really cold. Had to put towels and coats on my bed to warm up despite both units running nonstop. The heating units are also extremely loud - they made it difficult to sleep. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and convenient location though. Unfortunately not enough to make up for the poor night's sleep. I wouldn't stay here again.
This hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. When I first arrived I entered a room where the person before me clearly smoked cigarettes in even though it is a non smoking hotel. I couldn’t stand the smell so they moved me very graciously. I had 2 small dogs with me and they waived the fee for one of them, I didn’t even know there was a fee but it did say it on the paper I signed. When I called about it the staff was very polite and explained it to me. They even have a dog area outside with dog waste bags available.... read more
Excellent customer service.
Clean but expensive. For $200 a night everything in the room should work perfectly and that was not the case for me. The refrigerator froze my drinks and was not adjustable and the reading light over the bed was broken.
A bit expensive, but very comfortable, easy to access, big breakfast. Modern rooms, good lighting, big desk, big parking lot.
