Absolutely beautiful location but view suffers due to windows being absolutely filthy. Power shade did not work and curtains would not close all the way letting in the morning sun. We did not set alarm but it went off 2 hours before we wanted to get up so that was fun. Room itself was mostly clean except the bathroom floors.
Very clean and friendly staff
I accidentally booked 2 rooms at this location on the wrong night. I ended up paying for an extra night, and the general manager refuses to issue me a refund. I asked the assistant manager while I was still on property and was rude and cold too. While the location of this hotel is nice, I found the general manager and staff to be very rude and unaccommodating. I recommend you find another location along the waterfront for better service.
