My fiancé and I had a very unfortunate experience at this location. He had special reservations for us the night of check in at Gideon Winery to propose to me. He had booked the hotel a week in advance for a suite on the water. When we arrived an hour after normal check in (4 PM) we were told the room wasn’t ready for us and that we booked a city view.
