ITS GREAT
We stayed here for the Russ concert Aug 3-5. Stay was amazing. Rooms cleans, staff super friendly & always greeted with a smile, hi, welcome! I also accidentally left my makeup light up mirror. They had it safe & sound. They hold all items for 30 days. They also double check to make sure it is your item. Over all very happy with this stay!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel for your next stay!
Our room was nice, our person checking us in was nice. Flat pillows. One of the elevators was broken and the other elevated sounded like it might be broken soon. The neighborhood is ok, I did feel safe. We chose this hotel for convenience to Talking Stick Amphitheater. Probably the best hotel to stay in the area. It was ok to stay at. Nothing that makes it stand out. But we did get upgraded to a suite for free, and the suite was nice. I like the large showers.
Nothing about the hotel or room really stood out as special.. no complaints, but nothing to brag about either. However, on the day of my checkout, while I was changing in my room after a shower around 10am (checkout was 11am), the housekeepers walked in without knocking or any warning. I was caught completely off guard and immediately left to report it at the front desk. Their response was awkward and unhelpful — just a “Oh that was a miscommunication.
