They didn't tell us there is a charge for the airport shuttle.
Convenient to the Light Rail, and downtown, and US Airways Center. Could travel by light rail from airport, clean, convenient, great staff.
I travel a lot been platinum for 4 years. Hands down this is the worst hotel I have been. Rudeness starts with GM it was unbelievable to the point I thought I was on hidden camera show. What a dump!!
It's close to the train, but the train is full of weirdos! So beware!

Tyler at the front desk is very polite and useful. He was able to answer all of my questions about dining and shopping in the area.
