Truthfully I was worried after reading some of the other reviews, but i was relieved and pleasantly surprised upon checking in. The room was clean, smelled good and the ac worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, the shower was clean and the complementary breakfast in the morning was good (they have Mickey shaped waffles!!). I will choose this hotel every time I come to Orlando.
A very bad experience. I stayed for two nights from December 9th to the 14th, paying a $100 deposit. I checked out without any issues, and the front desk told me the deposit would be fully refunded. However, without my permission, the front desk deducted R$53.26. Is this customer service? Can they deduct money at they want?
Hotels was nice, we were booked there for a single night due to a flight cancelation by Delta at MCO. Staff was efficient at booking 30+ people in, in a timely manner. Plus they gave us advice on ordering Pizzas for delivery to Hotel.
Room is not what I reserved. Changed rates. Helped them selves to my bank account. Room description is misleading and prices not honored. "Double room" has nothing to do with size and layout, as it would sound. Double means you get a desk and tv, I think? Our room is not what I thought we reserved. They blammed 3rd party booking instead of honoring businesses they've agreed to work with. No space for clothes. There are 2 drawers. No luggage stand to keep suitcases off the floor.
