Great location for UCF families. I have stayed here at least 4 times in the last 1.5 years. This hotel used to be a top choice. All around indisputable winner in every aspect; however, our last two stays were not stellar at all. Bed linens were stained, and the rooms smell and humidity levels were nearly unbearable. We reported the issues by phone, but the front desk rep was a bit dismissive and only recommended to lower AC temp and increase fan speed. Clean, friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Great location, close to the Addition arena and lots of different dining options.
Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Orlando East/UCF Area was a comfortable and convenient hotel for staying near the UCF side of Orlando. The room felt clean and modern, and the layout was practical for relaxing after a busy day. Check-in was simple, the staff was courteous, and the included breakfast was a nice bonus in the morning. I also appreciated the free parking and noon checkout, which made the stay feel easier. Overall, it was a dependable hotel with good value for the area.
