So I asked for 1st floor, was given top 5th floor! Great customer service NOT. if 1st wasn’t available (I was told) then why not try 2nd floor? But to automatically put at top, 5th floor. Anyway, they need to clean the room better, see pics, dirty microwave, blackout blind faulty and out of track. I hope the stay and breakfast are better tomorrow, I am not holding my breath!
