The people are magnificent. The location is excellent. Can please explain to me why your app. takes two senior citizens and puts them on the third floor at the end of the hall. The last flipping room as far away from the elevator as possible. Marriott you failed me. As a rewards customer I would think you would take better care of us. Been staying in your facilities for about 14 days and this is not the first time. Midland Texas is the only site that put is on the first floor. I will look else where in the future.

1. If you’re going to offer military discount please train your staff !! I handed her my military ID and she didn’t even look at it she continued asking what I did in the military like she didn’t believe me, I pointed out the ID that I gave her and she took a Quick Look and continued with her questioning me. 2.
