I ended up canceling my stay, but I didn't do so until I had already checked into the room; I feel compelled to leave a review for the front office staff and the hotel manager because of how hard they worked in helping me to cancel with full refund, due to my extenuating circumstances. I don't believe I've ever tried to cancel a stay after already checking in and I don't think they had ever done that as well, so it took a bit of work. As of writing this review, this is the fourth time that I’ve stayed at this specific location, Fairfield by Marriott Inn and Suites Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga. This location has been nothing short of consistent in the high-quality service it delivers. There are six electric car charging parking spots if you’re in an EV!
