Very clean hotel. Bathroom huge & very clean. Located close to Interstate 10. Close to shopping area & food. Would definitely stay here again. Great stop! Highly recommend! & I'm very particular.
This was one of the most unprofessional, bizarre hotel encounters I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the staff had no interest in basic customer service. Maree at the front desk wouldn’t let us see a room before booking (why, exactly?), gave us attitude when we asked questions, and literally interrupted us twice to take calls from people trying to book rooms — as if we were invisible.
