Stayed here from Aug 9th-15th, and I had a wonderful time here. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, bed was comfy, rooms were clean, common areas were clean, location was perfect, next to 2 major freeways, and near lots of stores. But let's circle back to staff. They were friendly, informative,and professional. They all had smiles on their faces, if you could give them all raises, I'd say, yes please. Update: Another wonderful stay! Don at front desk is very kind and thorough. Night shift guy was very nice also. The bed, pillows, and room amazing. Thank you!! Previous review: Great location 10 min from airport and plenty of nearby restaurants. Attentive staff and comfortable beds, spacious rooms, USB ports actually work unlike many other hotels. This is the second Fairfield in my husband and I have stayed in in the last 6 months. We will definitely stay with Fairfield in the future. We helped host an indoor 5k at the Ontario Mills Mall for Autism acceptance and decided to stay the night in Rancho Cucamonga since our call time was 5 am. The room was spotless, spacious, and all of my requests were met, including extra sheets and pillows and a late checkout extending 1 hour. The staff were lovely and bright with enthusiasm! Thank you Fairfield. We will be back!
