HORRIBLE SERVICE. PICK A DIFFERNT MARRIOTT LOCATION. I came to this particular location because they have a pool and hot tub. I called before and confirmed they worked. I was coming I late and asked when it will open in the morning. They said 8 am. I thought that would work cause i dont have to leave till 10. As it turns out they drain the tub on Monday morning and IT doesn't work till after 10 am. DO YOUR MAINTENANCE OUTSIDE OF GUEST HOURS! OR POST THE MAINTENANCE HOURS! THIS RUINED MY STAY!
We booked 3 rooms here for 2 nights on July 14-16 and again July 17-19. The ladies at the front desks were great, kind, and helpful. The first half of our stay was great. We checked in online for the second half, arriving at 9:00 pm. The man at the front desk told us that they were sold out and couldn't upgrade us, which is what was supposed to happen when you're an elite member, in our case Titanium. ATTENTION GUEST Please Read Before booking this location. THEFT I hope you read before you book. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service of this location. I've stayed at many marriots over the years.This is by far the worst. For me , meaning , worst is the employees makes this hotel bad. This hotel is brand new beautiful, but the employees don't know anything. I would highly recommend to stay at a different marriott location than this place. I can go on and on with this hotel.
