Fair pricing, Clean rooms, Helpful staff Only bummer - We stayed for 5 days and they had to reset our access cards 3 times.

This hotel is awful. The TV doesn't work. The internet doesn't work. One of the two queen beds had to stay in on the mattress. The only redeeming quality was the guy at the front desk was friendly and tried to be helpful. Will you come in you're greeted with all sorts of nasty signs telling you about how Marriott doesn't require them to clean your room. Overall this place should be shut down or kicked out of the bonvoy family. Utterly disgusted and will never return.

The hotel was very nice. The gentleman that checked us in was very professional, check in was fast. The lobby is very nice, we didn't eat breakfast because it ended at 9am, but the dining area was very nice. Our Room was large and clean, AC worked well. Shower was good, I like the shampoo and stuff on the wall. The only channels on TV were with commercials. The only problem we encountered was the guy on duty the morning of check out. The staff at this property goes above and beyond every visit to family nearby.. We have stayed here dozens of times and have never been disappointed. We bring pur Grands and the pool is clean, the staff is wonderful and the food delicious and has something everyone loves. The hotel is clean every where,not just the rooms but entire property. The Manager is always friendly and welcoming. Tanner at the front desk takes care of every request with a smile. More blankets, towels, etc. They treat elite members as well as all guest... read more
