The hotel was in close proximity to the South Entrance. We were up early and had breakfast before heading into the park. Upon returning to the hotel in the evening, we were able to relax and plan our next day. We did this for 5 days and had a wonderful time: Friendly staff, very large and comfortable rooms, good complimentary breakfast. We especially liked the 2 waffle makers. Good experience!
Our room was only cleaned once during our 4-night stay. I personally talked to the assistant manager, Forest, who assured me it wouldn’t happen again, but the very next day our room was still not cleaned. UNACCEPTABLE!
