Very nice room and friendly staff! Unfortunately, no hot water. Since a hot shower was the main reason we stopped, that was a sad waste of money. Our neighbors also played their TV into the night, and the rooms are not very well insulated. Comfortable bed.
For what it costs, this place is awful. Small, cramped, rundown rooms with TVs that turn themselves on to show you ads. Save yourself the money and just stay at any one of the eight other hotels.
Very unprofessional staff! They are acting like they are the customer and you owe them something! Banging doors while cleaning, impossible to sleep during the day and they call you 5:00 am with stupid questions like “are you checking out today”!!! Just ridiculous! And still waiting for my receipt to arrive in my email, probably have to call them again. Although it’s not the hotel but the staff, Avoid this hotel !!!
Excellent service from Jeremy at Front Desk. Room was clean , breakfast was great and lobby was clean and well kept.
