The service and Fairfield team at this location are top notch! They truly have the best interest in the customers. This was demonstrated when I checked-in, as well as when I checked-out the next day. While eating breakfast, one of the team members caught my attention. This young man was all over, making sure that the lobby, dinning and all accessible areas were clean and tidy, as well as changing out the trash. Jeremy, the front desk manager was very accommodating. Their breakfast was delicious. If ever in Natchitoches again, I will be staying at this hotel.
Room 124: there are no blackout blinds on the window and the parking lot lights are shining directly into the room making it difficult to sleep. Told the polite host working the desk and he knew of the issue, stating he’s talked to management about it now over 10 times but they have not resolved it. Hotel is full so there’s no alternative rooms to move to. Employees: good. Management: disappointing. Expect better for $170/night
