I’m in Nashville a lot on business and this is my go to place to stay! Great location that is walking distance to many great spots to eat, but most importantly the staff is amazing. In my recent visit, I was happy to reconnect with a fantastic member of the breakfast staff named Charles. He does such a great job of providing a great meal and is also very warm in making sure everyone is doing well. I also enjoyed meeting a newer team member named Burma! Was locked out of room because of dead battery’s in the doors card reader. They were unable to resolve problem for over two hours after I had used the weight room at 8am. Locked out of room with no clothes or wallet and late the rest of my trip. Staff did not care.
As a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member, I was looking forward to my stay at this hotel until I arrived. The staff was rude and dismissive, even though I was very sweet to them. They told me to check in on the app and they would notify me when my room was ready. Six hours later, well past check in time, I arrived back and asked them to let me check in.
