Jody is amazing! Stayed last night and we had 2 hours of tornado warnings in the early morning hours. We had to shelter down in the laundry room. Jody made sure everyone was taken care and kept us updated on the storm.
I'm here for a language conference and from the moment I stepped in this hotel, Isaiah at the front desk was fantastic! His demeanor is calming, welcoming and kind. I hope that management and that the company acknowledges who they have in Isaiah. He is a fantastic representative of the company and they are blessed to have him. This was a solid Hotel! Close to the airport, yet a very short drive time into the city of Nashville. Close without being in the Chaos of the city. SUPER CLEAN! It smelled so wonderful from the moment you walk in! This property is very well managed & taken care of! Immensely comfortable beds! The Staff is genuinely the best & all so kind, welcoming! I contacted the front desk and spoke with Isaiah. I advised him that I will be staying at the hotel in one week and needed his insight on what I could do for fun when I arrived. He asked several questions to peak my interest and he then advised me that he will leave a detailed itinerary for me. When I arrived, Mehari at the front desk was fully aware and awaiting my arrival with my detailed itinerary. The customer service at this location superseded what I encountered at other hotels.
